In the night while registering with the hotel, the breakfast charges was 500 inr and same was signed by me. While exit the charges was charged 621 INR plus taxes. it was informed it is dynamic charges on that day. Kindly do business with Ethics or you will loose customer.

Bad property

They gave a room to a client next to me who were playing loud music late in the night till 5 am. My entire sleep & next days schedule was disturbed. I urge no one should book a room by mistake also with them

Better hotels are available in the same price

Wifi was not working ,I complained to staff but no result.I used two of my card to pay and their machine is not working during the checkin and they blamed card when I told them this card was used few hours ago they were silent .

Rooms are to dirty and pillow and blankets are to much dirty

The room was clean and nice. Best part is the breakfast, my wife being vegetarian found many options in bfast buffet. Nice stay.

The stay was very uncomfortable one, they gave floor rooms to school kids who were hooligans and making mischievous and so noisy that we did not sleep whole night.Even after asking for room shift they did not take up our request ?.Asked for 2 fresh towel got only one after 3 reminders.Food was ok.Ambience is ok but overall a loud no no and a ?.

We were literally asked to wait for 30 mins after checking out until the cleaning staff was counting all the towels in room. Thats so stupid. After spending nearly 7k (including food) we were asked to stay back until they were sure all the towels in room were there. So pathetic & petty. Never coming back

Nice hotel with well appointed rooms and friendly staff. I think this is going to be our regular place of stay when we are visiting friends/family in Ghaziabad/Delhi.

I was hoping the swimming pool would be open already in the month of April, but unfortunately it will open on the 30th of April.

Over rated !! Breakfast was good but wasn’t included. Room was decent, clean, spacious. We stayed for 3 nights and had booked 2 rooms. Both our rooms air conditioning wasn’t working, called first night second and third night maintenance didn’t do anything to resolve the issue .. Had no choice, since we came for an event. Front desk staff were friendly and co-operative but could have done better to meet guest satisfaction!! Housekeeping staff were great, helping and friendly. Overall 6/10 experience
